Long wait at the post office. And the chances of calling the post office are as small as winning a million in sports.

I waited for the package all day at home, in the end I ended up with a letter about not being found in the mailbox ... After announcing it to the young lady at the counter, she rolled her eyes, threw the package at me and didn't even say goodbye. Very nice.

I will tell all my stories with the Czech Post only to my psychiatrist, using therapeutic dolls.

At the counters it is quite fast, the staff behind the windows usually nice and helpful. For me, certainly one of the better post in the country :)

For the leadership of ČP and his decision-making, the whole enterprise (and small village branches primarily), this great branch cannot. Nor can it be considered that 20+ people are waiting for check-in on certain days and hours. There are five windows, and they are almost always in operation. The registration system that really works. Female worker without exception decent, smiling and helpful. Clearance in a short time. I've never encountered any negative or arrogance here. And after the last adjustment of the calculation of the parcel tariffs from the scales to the measurements, I paradoxically also chose to send occasional packages of large sizes. For the youngest there is a tasteful house, replacing a children's corner.
