Great place if you want to see one of my favourite castles in this area nicely restored not to much with a touch of modern...beautiful views best route to get there is via my hometown of Humpolec otherwise the GPS takes you cross country ....

Unexpectedly magnificent castle in a lovely mediaval-looking traditional Czech village. Must see when driving around.

Partially cerovered ruins of medieval castle.After short oprional history introduction you can freely move within castle till end of bussines hours.

Excellent find, recommended by our Chateau Heralec staff. Great drive in the countryside to get to castle. Lots of history & relics at the castle, however do note the information signs are in Czech, not English. A must if you are in the area, the castle provides beautiful views & is amazingly well preserved.

Amazing place - watch out for opening hours . Closed very often
