We rented a car in February 2020, at first we set the price at 60 euros per day, and supposedly parking as a gift. But later it turned out that this was a hoax, the car was always stored at this parking lot. The employee Igor simply included payment of parking insolently in a daily rent. A knock on the wheels appeared on the trip, which we reported by a call to Igor; he insolently claimed that this was normal. Although, what kind of safety on the road can we talk if there is a constant knock on the wheels. They did not change the car and he did not respond to our calls. I also appropriated a refundable deposit of 200 euros and personal belongings in the car. Unprofessional, boorish, arrogant behavior of the employee of this rental just spoiled the whole impression of the rest. This agency does not show respect for its customers, since such non-professionals, rude, nonsense people work in it. We will never again use the services of this rental
