Friendly and adequate.

To be honest, it's weird to go through a frame, leaving a backpack or bag when no one is checking it. In other words, this is some kind of ostentatious partial adherence to instructions. Better to be honest - either do not demand to lay things out at all, or do their inspection. And so - the staff is good, kind.

Every time I am convinced that the employees are kind, understanding and smart people! We solved a seemingly insoluble issue, helped with everything. They explain everything by phone, and on the spot the same way. Many thanks to everyone who works in Karlovy Vary every day and helps people. I used to go to Prague, but we all know how things are there. The employees in Vary are worth it to come and do everything right here. Thank you for the human attitude and the ability to get into the situation. It's not even 5/5, but 10/5!

Was here 12/30/2020 Super polite secretary, but the elderly woman-cashier has rudeness in her genes: her address to one of the visitors of the consulate was "To me".
