I have only good experience with ČP 36010. The delivery staff and the ladies behind the counter are nice, helpful, they try to accommodate and help when they are. It never happened to me that I was at home and the package did not arrive, which often happened to me in my previous residence in Prague.

Very bad even one star does not deserve !! I will write complaints wherever it goes! I have a visibly marked mailbox, but unfortunately the staff of this mail can not even challenge it! So the letter I waited for from the Interior Ministry came back. Now the same thing with the card from the revolt. They sent me to the address. But I did not receive anything again! Thanks to this great post and her team !! This is what I ask Mrs.Marija Pilátová, who is responsible person! Let's do something about it. Besides, on these pages, the post is now open at 11 am. I was there at 9:28 and I was not surprised that the paper they had closed was closed today. Very frequent tired fronts, but the worker behind the counter logically can not. Whenever I needed something, I was always very well advised. So service to 1. Worse it is with balikari I could write a lot of negative stories ... 🤪
