Very kind and silent place. I love it so much

We stayed for two nights and found the stay a touch less than expected. Maybe we were expecting something more like a hotel in a castle setting. There were a few mostly minor issues that detracted from the overall excitement we had upon arrival. The suite was mostly nice/comfortable and the breakfast was okay. Overall not really what we had in mind but not bad either. There is a good restaurant and a brewery a short walk away. If you’re looking for a posh hotel experience this isn’t it.

Wonderful historic building with original furniture (17th century). The top floor has hotel rooms. Very romantic, great and helpful staff. Lot of opportunities for biking and walking.
