Ordered a grate for the stove, after two weeks of waiting and asking by email information that there is a mistake on the part of the courier, call the courier, where the consignment was created on the day I complained, after a week information that there is a mistake on the part of the courier, she claimed that they didn't give them anything, which I would rather believe. After a month the grate delivered PPL, but other than ordered with a thickness of 18mm instead of the advertised 11mm. I did not complain about the thing, I will adjust it or buy it elsewhere. I do not recommend the store.

I do not recommend, we waited for the fireplace for 2 months, in the end it was said that it will be in another 2 months ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!

I can safely recommend the store. After ordering the stove, after unpacking it, we experienced a shock from the damaged door, which had deep scratches, on the other hand, the product manager of the store did not question the complaint and offered us several options for handling the complaint. We agreed to pick up the door by courier and repair it, which did not take more than a week. The door came as new. Maybe it would be more appropriate to improve communication and after sending the complaint form to the customer to send a confirmation that the request is in the solution.

Never buy anything, the goods are too late and damaged, when I tried to agree with them on anything, they stopped communicating. Eventually I sent the goods back and I am waiting for a refund
