Although there are departments in this hospital with which I have no good experience, I can recommend the children's department. I know that in some hospitals you have to enforce your presence as a parent even when a small child is hospitalized. Not only is this not a problem in Náchod, the parents even acknowledge society. Staff qualified and all behaved professionally. Most nurses nice and empathetic, doctors absolutely no problems. Dr. Tománková deserves great praise, who was all the time nice, patient with small patients, helpful and explained everything. In the children's ward (for infants) I felt my son was safe, because the staff really cared and checked the patients' condition well during the day and night. A great kind of idea is a kindergarten for children, where they can play and we found a very nice teacher there.

During the holiday in Náchod, we gradually lost both children with intestinal flu. It was in both cases two days of infusion in isolation in the ward for larger children and a diet (until the end of the holiday). The nurses and doctors in the department were very helpful and professional; they treat children very nicely and adequately to the department (whether they are small or puberty). Náchod Hospital saved us a holiday ..
