Great satisfaction in general with DM. And the Jičín one is my "home" :-)
I was always very happy there, but it was horrible today. I regret that I have to write a bad review, because I go to the drugstore every week, and sometimes I didn't. Unfortunately, they probably hired a new employee (middle-aged lady) and when I followed her, they broke the photo printing machine and wrote that we should contact an employee to fix it, so the lady told me to wait a minute. Well, the moment was about 20 minutes and the lady continued to happily wipe the floor and then walked and inspected the shelves. For a repeated plea for help, she told me to wait. After another 10 minutes I went to the other one who was behind the cash register and she was willing and helped.
