Synagogue

A small but beautiful synagogue of the "village" type, perfectly restored. A layman and a person who knows something about the issue will find theirs here. Aron ha-kodesh has an inscription inside - a message from the contractor. Another attraction is the found geniza. Many thanks to the guide who accompanied us on July 25, 2020.

The synagogue has been sensitively repaired and is definitely worth a visit. A guide is also included, the interpretation is guided in a cultivated form. You can then go for a coffee to Židovská 100.

Beautiful place

A precious and well restored monument!

It is a beautiful synagogue in Jičín, which is, however, only accessible when organizing some events. Nice stained glass and interesting quite nice building from outside. It is a part of the Jewish part of the city that is now used mainly for cultural events
