The town hall in Jilemnice is a classicist building with a tower at the southern end of the western front of Masaryk Square. A wooden building was built on the site of the current town hall in the 16th century, which was rebuilt after a fire in 1646. In 1854, on the initiative of Mayor Dominic Jerie, the legendary Jilemnice repeater clock was installed on the town hall tower. They beat every quarter of an hour so that the number of quarters and whole hours can be distinguished from the number of strokes and their tones. A large dulcimer repeats the number of hours in an hour. The building is the main seat of the Jilemnice Municipal Office. The mayor of Jilemnice is in office here, there is a ceremonial hall, and occasionally the town hall tower is opened for visitors. In Jana Haracha Street, there is an entrance to the town hall cellar, which is used as a restaurant.

The Jilemnice Town Hall dates back to 1789, but its present appearance dates back to 1852, when a tower with a unique repeating clock and a shield was added to the building after a fire. Hours per day is 1020 times. Town Hall is a beautiful landmark of the square.
