JVS Pizza Šumperk

A few weeks ago, a friend ordered a gluten-free pizza that was rich, tasty and crunchy. In short, it was better than the classic one. So today we ordered two gluten-free pizzas. Given the price, we expected much more courage than what they brought us. One pizza was completely cold, the other was slightly lukewarm, and both were terribly poor, not very tasty. The big drawback was the raw dough. Conclusion? I'm not the type of person who enjoys writing reviews, but the relatively large amount of money we spent on pizza I had to hide and go buy the cheapest pizza in Kaufland, because even that would be better. Due to the negative reviews, I expected some improvement from JVS.

When I received a recommendation from an acquaintance, I expected good service. Unfortunately, there was a great disappointment. My friend and I ordered a pizza twice. After an hour of waiting, we said that the appearance of the weather and that it was Friday, so they probably have their hands full. After two hours, it seemed strange that no one called us, so we called. We were told that they were waiting for the car and that they would be with us within half an hour. Unfortunately .. Even after those 3 hours, we did not see both pizza and some apology. Until next time, at least we know we'll order elsewhere and get dinner.

I ordered a pizza home and the gentleman who brought it to me was arrogant and unpleasant, cheeky looked like a 20-year-old junkie. Well, I won't buy anything from this pizzeria anymore, and the guy scolded me for not reporting payment by card in advance. Istria

JVS pizza has always been good, today unfortunately I have to rate it like this. I ordered the pizza through their ordering system and after patient waiting for 2 hours I had to call. I was told over the phone that pizza orders now take 2.5 to 3 hours, and after 2 hours I would wait at least another 40 minutes for pizza. I understand that sales are high now, but this is quite a lot. I won't order pizza from JVS for a long time.

By no means do I recommend this pizzeria !!! Yesterday we ordered a pizza, it was supposed to be in an hour, after an hour and a half we called where the problem is, they say the pizza is on its way. After two hours we call again, pizza is on the way, so we canceled the order. Really horrible, we will never order in this pizzeria again !!!!!
