Be very careful of this company. They moved a colleague from work before Christmas and it was a disaster. They arrived late and with a small car, it was clear from the gentlemen that they did not enjoy the work and did it with coercion. They tossed the boxes as if they were empty. The top of everything was that in about 6 hours of work they wanted 14,000 CZK and of course without any document and only cash. Never. And as we read the reviews here, we are not the only ones who were not satisfied.

The boys were nice and helpful, they were extremely accommodating, we were able to agree on everything in advance. I recommend

Communication is minimal and bad, the request from the web form received a strict response from the deadline I proposed is already occupied, the answer (trying to arrange another deadline) no longer responds.

I'm sorry, but I can't recommend the company. Late arrivals and a complete overdraft are one thing. The Lord refused to issue a tax document and he wanted the payment immediately. No one could carry over fifty thousand with each other when the price estimate was different. And screaming for a sixty-year-old lady and threatening to bail out again is perhaps the pinnacle of everything. I don't have an invoice from them yet and it has been almost a month since. I do not recommend, avoid the company by arc.
