The store is great, you just can't ask the staff much. I really rarely meet a person in the store who really understands dogs and knows what to recommend and sell. Maybe it wouldn't be wrong to tell the staff that the chain collar is used differently than the drawstring collar: D Then they won't look at me like an animal bully (the collar was taken for a canine test ..). Another surprise for the sellers followed when I allowed myself to order a canicross harness for the store. But I take it that a lot of regular customers probably don't buy this, so they can't even give meaningful advice.
