We like to support small shops in the center, we go to this often, but we will probably give it up. The reason is the behavior of staff. Although we are the only ones in the store, it is difficult for the staff to show us on the shelf what we need. The head of the store and the saleswomen will calmly slander the customer who left. The sexist jokes of the manager at the address of the saleswomen in front of the customers are a complete flight. If small businesses want to compete with the big market, they really have to start striving for their customers. We consider nice and helpful service today to be the basis, not a bonus.
