Normally I don't have the time or the need to evaluate stone shops or e-shops, but today's visit to the Petcenter Olomouc Šantovka branch has been etched in my memory ... the choir these days, when we are all trying our best, can stay afloat economically. My wife and I entered the store, two saleswomen sitting behind the counter, one greeting with half-mouths, playing bored with a keychain, the other perhaps not even registering new customers while playing with a mobile phone, why not even if he doesn't notice a meter standing other customers who choose something. On the way further to the shop, we take the initiative to ask about a specific thing, and the same saleswoman who at least registered us will answer austerely "it's in the back of the shelves". According to my information on two things, the level of assistance is zero. After we have selected the goods, although not what we were looking for, I would expect the "seller" when paying to at least ask if we found it when we have a purchase, but not the thing we are looking for. Also nothing. Apparently they don't need to pretend for a fixed salary ... I would be interested in the approach with a part of the salary in% of sales.

Today (January 30, 2021) was a really nice and helpful young lady at the store! Even though I thanked her for her willingness at the box office, I would like to thank her once again. Not over nice and smiling staff. Thank you:)
