Today, for the first time in 7 weeks, we visited our mother, who is in ward 1A, the aftercare bed. He is 77 years old, has broken her femur and does not suffer from any dementia or impaired perception. On the contrary, he enjoys incredible mental health for his age. She has always complained about the quality of the food, but she is in a medical facility where she cooks sparingly and on a diet. She wasn't used to it. However, when we saw her today, with a luxurious environment and equipment, clean everywhere and that great single room, I wanted to shout WOOOW! So I dreamed of this in vain 30 years ago. And this far surpassed my dream. My mother was in a socialist hospital (in Beroun) in 1988 and now, after that time, she finds herself in the care of the capitalist health care system. Comparison, like prehistory and the 21st century. It had to and must cost a lot of money. Since I was not yet ill, I did not trust my well-known, well-traveled doctor, who claims that our public health care is at the level of Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium ... and far surpasses that provided in Italy and France. When we saw my mom after 7 weeks, I wanted to shout WOOOW again! It was fragrant, she said they would buy it, the room one gloss, the cleaning lady was supposed to scrub the floor under the bed, and everything was polished daily. She did not have those visible ailments, as she did 7 weeks ago (swollen legs, hands), she lost weight because she has limited access to sweets and heavy fatty foods. She looked great! It may look weird, but staying here is good for her. Further knowledge. Whenever we called someone from this sanatorium, whether it was a head nurse, primary school, attending physician, rehabilitation nurse, but also a porter, we always met with a pleasant demeanor and a willingness to explain everything, talk about problems and health. It is really clear that they are interested in their work and they care about seniors. We know very well that it is difficult with our mother, she did not want to move when she was healthy and to break her up after a fracture will be a big deal. So my admiration belongs to the patience and expertise of the rehabilitation nurses (they are goddesses) and a sincere thank you to all the employees of this sanatorium, especially the nurses, brothers, the sanitarkam and the sanitarum, the cleaners, who all have unenviable and often very fragrant work.

We had a grandmother in the sanatorium. During any visit, I asked how satisfied she was. She always said that the nurses were nice to her. I have always met with pleasant behavior, both from nurses, doctors and administrative staff. I would like to thank everyone for their pleasant treatment. Thank you Sarka Buckova

Beautiful city

I stayed here for a few months as a patient in ward 3B. They brought me like a half-helpless lager, I walked almost on my own. For that, I will never stop being grateful to my rehabilitation sister, Kamile. What to add to the staff? I do not know how on other floors, but the 3B department with the occasional help of sisters from 3A deserves only superlatives. From the station nurse to the ambulance, they work to the edge of self-sacrifice. The nurses (and one brother) have a smile on their lips day and night, a good mood, and are willing to help with everything. And that their work, especially on night shifts, is not easy and fragrant. I wish everyone with whom I came in contact with all the good and I will always remember you only in good. P.S. I didn't give that one star because of the fluctuating food quality. Sometimes it was a problem to eat it 😁.
