The post itself is quite fine, therefore, three stars. In summer air conditioning. Good place. When you go in less busy hours so quite fast. It is worse with the delivery of mail to Neředín (tabulový vrch). I'm waiting at the bell and nothing. I go to the mailbox and find a call to pick up there ... Now it was the third time and I will never order anything via mail again.

Classic mail, sometimes it takes a long time. But all the staff were always nice, so 3 stars.

If you happen to want to use the mail service, do not be afraid, even such information (not presented anywhere else) can change the agenda of the day. Why shorten the opening time during the covide time? Did you see the crowded people at the entrance, waiting there for three-quarters of an hour and no gaps, how many would then pile up?

But so is the classic Czech Post. One does not expect anything from it. Fourteen days later, I accidentally found out that there was a package in there - of course, a ticket in box zero. Earlier, with the original ordering system, one had at least a little idea when it would be his turn. Now, with the current one, the numbers are drawn like in a lottery, and it can't be absolutely estimated. Mostly full of people, one partition open, behind others solving some of their internal things. In addition, when one hits someone who is just filling out a delivery note at the counter (the meaning of which is still missing from me at the moment) ... it is final.

Terrible, undeliverable packages, while 3 post cars pass through the street in a day. No announcements in the mailbox. Excuses, lies, make fools of people. I would start with a clean management, from above .....
