We ordered the delivery of flyers. This took place quarterly throughout the year 2018. There was a problem in each quarter. First of all, it started by spreading places that were not ordered in the order book. We did not get it until after 5 days when customers called us out of those unregistered areas and wanted the product to be advertised in a leaflet. We could not deliver it because it was outside our delivery area (we are distributing food). When they handed out the locations they did not have, where exactly the printed leaflets ended up on the ordered area? In the course of the year, there was also a lot of streets in the city that they did not share. We have confirmed this from the customers we used to travel daily, as well as the statistical thematic map of the deals that took place after the payroll campaign. The last drop for us was that we ordered the distribution in Ostrava (Mariánské Hory, Fifejda and the surrounding area) with a budget of 25tis leaflets and at least 20 whole streets were not distributed. We understand that there is no entrance, because there is a box behind the door, or that the box is labeled "not to advertise". It was about thousands of unpublished leaflets. Whenever we tried to complain, the sales representative was dismissed by the words "According to the statement of the Postkomplet of Olomouc and the delivery depots everything was done as it was specified, namely" We immediately left Czech Post. They started using the services of Česká Distribuční. We have two copies of 180th piece of brochures, according to our statistics we have all the same even without mistakes and we can not compare the communication with the business representation. If you're thinking about distributing leaflets for your business, you'd better contact your competitor.
