Vodopád pod Vráblem

Nice place, beautiful walk.

An unnamed stream springing north of the hill Vrábl at an altitude of about 475 m.n.m. Its length is only 500 meters and then flows into the river Bystrice, which is 300 meters above sea level. Thanks to that, it gets quite speed and there is quite a lot of water in it for how short it is (March 2019). There is a yellow hiking trail around the stream. Between Dukla and Hrubá voda you can cross a railway line and then about a kilometer through the forest up a steep hill. At the top, the trail is only a meter wide, cut into the cliff. When you reach the crossroads, turn right and walk to the riverbed. The terrain is the worst it can be. Inclination of 40 °, lots of leaves and ruffled stones under it. The waterfall is in the lower half of the stream, about 150 meters from the river. It has an inclination of up to 60 ° and cuts into a rock that has a good 20 meters. In addition to the two other reviews, I will add that there are a lot of dense young deciduous trees, and if you go there in the summer, when it is dry, you will only find it so spherical. 😛
