I have to appreciate the professional approach when selling an apartment. Even after the first meeting, I was convinced of the right choice of real estate agency. They always answered my questions willingly. Everything was explained. Excellent communication. No one pushed for time and the individual phases were stress-free. All the time I felt that their main concern was that the client was satisfied and everything went smoothly. If anything rubbed somewhere, they tried to help immediately. Mr. Kůs and Miss Hrdličková have a very nice demeanor and immediately gained my trust. The services are at a very high level. I didn't have to worry about a lot of things and they willingly did everything for me (energy transcripts, cadastre transcripts, etc.). Communication is a matter of course, the opportunity to comment on contracts and their content, to propose a change in content, etc. And all this in advance (not when signing contracts).

I would like to thank Mr. Vrán for his immense professionalism and really above-standard approach to the customer. Thanks to him, the purchase of the apartment went without any problems, he was always very pleasant and was able to advise and explain everything patiently. All the service on his part confirmed to me that I could not choose a better broker. Friendly and kind approach, which really led in the now almost unseen spirit of "our customer, our master". Due to previous experience with other real estate agencies, I can more than recommend Mr. Vrán and Kaktus Reality! He deserves a big thank you for a perfectly done piece of work!
