I will order a relatively expensive monitor. The day after ordering, I will receive a confirmation and a link to track the shipment at the Czech Post. Everything looks good. But the monitor did not arrive even after ten days. I'm writing a store email. According to the answer, the post office does not catch up, does not communicate with the store, does not receive telephones and does not reply to e-mails. Strange - another package was normally received by Czech Post within two days. Still nothing after fourteen days. I'm writing a second mail. According to the answer, I should order the monitor again and not pick up the first shipment. That he will return the money to me - an extremely non-standard procedure. I have no guarantee that my money will be refunded. In addition, if the post office has lost the shipment (which it looks like so far), then as a customer I cannot complain about it and I could not solve the situation in any way. I will also receive information again that the post office does not pick up the phones and that the store cannot cancel the shipment at the post office. I will try to call the postal code listed in the shipment tracking. The nice lady took my call immediately. According to her, the sender should complain about the shipment at the post office and send me the monitor with a new shipment. I'm writing it to business. In response, I will learn that 1) they have other contacts than customer service, and therefore do not take their phones. (NONSENSE - I called the number listed on the shipment tracking.); 2) For the post office, it is more difficult to complain about the shipment from the store than from the customer. (LIE - as a customer, I cannot complain about the shipment. In addition, the sender has a simple form available for tracking the shipment.); 3) The sender does not see the information about the complaint of the shipment. (LIE - The tracking page states: "After the complaint is settled, we will send a written Notice of the result of the complaint to the sender's address or e-mail Notice of the result of the complaint to the e-mail address specified in the complaint." that the sender sees that the mail has lost the package is one thing, that the store refuses to deal with it is another, but that the deal about the solution lies is outrageous, I'll wait a few more days for the situation to develop.

Very good prices for selected things that I dealt with, delivery almost on time, very helpful and helpful all the staff I dealt with absolutely met me. Large assortment of goods. I would easily expand the payment options and delivery options, but within the offer they cover almost everything.
