Thanks to Mr. Jakub Kolář for the review. Every feedback is important to us and helps us improve. Unfortunately, we are not aware that he would complain about anything with us. Neither poor quality faucets nor poor quality bathroom furniture. We try to sell everything from leading Czech manufacturers. Companies such as Novaservis, Krajcar, Dřevojas, etc., all designed for bathrooms and properly certified. No kits or "NONAME" tags. We give a 7-year warranty on the batteries and we do warranty and post-warranty service directly at the store. In 20 years of sales, we have recorded only 2 cases of complaints after years of cracked glaze tiles. We both dealt with the manufacturer, the company RAKO, which acknowledged one complaint and rejected the other. Therefore, we believe that this review is, for some reason, an attempt to harm us. Nevertheless, we thank her and wish Mr. Kolář all the best. And we give ourselves 3 stars, because there is still room for improvement. BATHROOMS CHOCEŇ

I do not recommend buying frivolous meetings and attitudes here. After two years, the cracked structure of the tile in the bathroom will not be complained about, poor quality faucet and shower head material, furniture that is not suitable for the bathroom and more.
