AVOID THE BIG ARC !!! after claiming services (destroyed clothing), the executive / owner refused to compensate the damage, even return the clothing ... Absolutely unreliable and crazy behavior. I can call Mr. Managing Director / Owner the greatest CAD, and a coward I have met in my life, unable to face the problem.
