Unfortunately, my experience is not good. I received other goods than I ordered, with a higher amount charged - the required food, probably a mistake, but I can throw it in the basket, as the dog has already tried it and does not want to eat it. It would also be more professional to have more delivery companies because the one you use is a frightening, arrogant courier.

They do not respond to email. Sent a different product than the consumer would expect from the info on the web. I won't buy more there.

I am very disappointed. For a long time, we looked for a collar pattern according to our ideas here and found and ordered it, but the access to the store is more than a shame. We ordered two green collars and two black guides. One collar came green, but the other was black and the ruby ​​guides. I wrote a claim mail, what they responded to, that it was our fault, how they should know the color we want (the picture of the product we ordered, without mentioning other color options). It is supposed to write the color in the order note, which is also not listed anywhere. They simply get rid of the responsibility for their indifferent attitude. After reading more reviews for this store, I regret not reading them earlier. Never ever.
