Bad solution to the state of deliveries and very bad approach to resolving complaints. The goods were brought by bakeries, with a tap at arrival and departure (according to cameras) and the goods were handed over to workers on the construction site and they made excuses for the need to inspect the goods. But Toptrans has the condition that the goods can only be taken over with the knowledge of the password, which did not happen. It is nice to be held liable if you do not have the option of choosing an importer from the supplier. It's also funny how in October someone was given the task of improving their rating and clicking on the maximum rating. : o) Better to choose another store.

Delivery times on the website do not correspond to reality at all. Communication with the customer is sad. Check availability only after emergencies. Obviously internal chaos. The left does not know what the right does. I strongly do not recommend prepaying, otherwise you will not avoid problems and excuses.
