Excellent approach and negotiation. Above all, the meeting of the nurses from surgery and Dr. Brian. I appreciate the personal approach and the effort to make your stay more pleasant. I would like to thank you for the care, effort and smiles I received.

Terrible dealing with people. I called several times to order. Lady on the phone annoying. I asked politely to switch to the ambulance, instead of it hung. So I called again, and I was "bothered" why I keep calling and annoying that they won't connect me again, let me get it myself. This week again ... I've been calling there for two days, and no one is taking my phone. When I got there, I was told they were in training today. Apparently for two days. There are no office hours and doctors' days written! Terrible approach! Not recommended

I would like to warn against visiting the emergency room if it is prescribed by Mr. Straw (name of doctor deliberately do not use, the gentleman does not deserve it). This man completely ignored my symptoms and wrote down what he wanted in the report (eg, sore throat while swallowing, which I don't suffer from). I came up with a high fever, chest pain and cough - he listened, the lung x-ray was not diagnosed, and at a glance in my neck he diagnosed angina and prescribed weak ATB. And today's result with my general practitioner? Pneumonia. Avoid his arc, whether it will prescribe anywhere in the hospital should consider whether it is appropriate for such a person they worked ....
