Yesterday, 7th March 2020, we bought tickets for skiing in Velka Upa for two days. Unfortunately, the cashier failed to inform us that you cannot buy a ski pass for more than one day at only one ski resort, therefore, we ended up paying over 1 thousand Czech krowns more than we should have. We feel very disappointed and ripped off. You should train your staff to provide accurate information and help customers.

It didn't impress me. Sometimes it happens that the lift is out of order, but fortunately we returned the price for the lift so it was not so bad and we went at least to walk around, even if the plan was originally skiing. It is good to look in advance, what is the current situation with the tow, whether the ride and what is the prediction that you do not go unnecessarily.

Since I have been here 5 days (19-23.2020) it is 2 km from Pec pod Snezkou so there is no queue on the ski lift and you can park it too :)) But prices and services and refreshment horror.This does not apply to Sagasserovy boudy almost powder and weaker skiers will appreciate the gentle slope. It belongs to the area but it pays to buy skypas up there, it is cheaper !!!

You can't slide down the lift. The young capitulated, got scared but we couldn't slide down to the smaller slope. We smoked down with skis. Defeat. There was no info that only entry.
