I can't help but appreciate the way Eberry approached a claim for a damaged appliance with no more than 5 stars. I received all the necessary information, the communication was not established and I could choose the method of compensation. For me, this is a fair seller with a great approach, where you do not have to be afraid to shop. I send the thumbs up mainly to the complaints department (Y).

Unfortunately absolutely unsatisfied ... Goods ordered 2 weeks before Christmas. Not delivered and, moreover, not refunded despite the promises! This shop never again.

A REALLY NON-PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. EXEMPTIONS AND PROMISES OF ERROR AND LISON FOR DELIVERY. TV WHAT YOU HAVE ON YOUR PAGE IN STOCK AND CONFIRM YOU ORDER, SO SO FAILY IS NOT IN STOCK AND IF YOU CHOOSE ANOTHER AND CONFIRM YOU PERFECTLY IN A PERSONAL INTERVIEW AFTER MOBILE THAT YOU NEVER BE EASY TO EACH YOU NEVER AT LEAST !!! ! Completely unprofessional behavior. Great dissatisfaction with the way the shop solves the delivery of damaged goods. 28.2.2017 we took over the ordered TV from the Czech Post and although the package did not show any damage, the TV was virtually broken in half. We immediately photographed the goods and on the same day we sent a message to the supplier to the Complaints Department and the following day we complained to the Czech Post according to the instructions on the package. Documents received from the post office were then sent to the eshop. To date, however, we have not received any comments from eberry.cz, neither money nor goods. For telephone inquiries, "competent" workers were unable to provide any information. Nespolehlivý eshop!
