Unfortunately, exactly the same experience as the lady below me, I was there in February this year to buy a guinea pig, I chose one to carry it to the cash register and before the saleswoman marked everything, I watched the guinea pig and closed my eyes, so I mentioned it, based on that I was allowed choose another guinea pig, but after three days the guinea pig closed one eye, the next day and the other - I was at the vet and got antibiotics, the guinea pig for 14 days on antibiotics and only then did it compare .... I don't understand - the guinea pigs have confirmation from the vet that they are fine and they are not fine in 3 days ... In other pet stores they do not give confirmation, but the animals are fine ... And yes, it is possible to exchange the animals, but for what, if they obviously had it all .... Second star max. for the good hay we buy there
