Synagoga Divišov

Very nice interior, formerly synagogue served as a luxury hairdresser and it is not a matter to think about whether it would be better to return to it. Religious ideas no longer interest anyone.

A beautiful classicist building from the 19th century served (as it usually is) at different times for different purposes. During the war there was a warehouse, then a hairdresser, today it is owned by the Prague Jewish Community and you can find its museum. Jewish monument devastated by the Communists, now a gallery and permanent exposition from the history of the Jewish community nearby.

Beautiful building, a pity just that it is difficult to get inside. And unfortunately even in the declared hours.
