I would like to respond to Mrs Esther Březinová's review. The whole review of the alleged assault and injury to her mother, a fracture of the sternum, which, according to the named director of the Felicita Senior House, Mr. Josef Strouhal was supposed to have committed, is not based on the truth, as I work in the facility as a caregiver and on the day she had I was on duty for the alleged incident, but there was no attack by Mr Strouhal. It only happened that the client of our facility did not explicitly want her daughter to come to visit her (allegedly attacked), who was politely asked by Mr. Strouhal to leave the facility based on this decision, after which she was vulgar and with words I'll leave with you. I add to the whole thing that the next day I was heard by the Police. The Police also conducted an investigation directly at the site of the Senior House Felicita, where all those present and clients were also heard on the whole matter. It should be added to the whole matter that the review of Senior House Felicita submitted by Mrs. Esther Březinová borders on filing a criminal complaint against her person on suspicion of committing the crime of Defamation pursuant to the provisions of Section 184 of the Penal Code. of the Act, but I will leave it to the owner of the said facility, as this endangered its seriousness and good reputation in society. I was quite shocked when I read Esther Březinová's review. I fully agree with the opinion of my colleague Martina Meteláková on the above review. For my person, I would just describe another unpleasant event that I experienced with the "alleged friend" of my grandmother, Mrs. Esther Březinová. This "alleged friend" (later we learned from our client that he was the ex-husband of E. Březinová's mother and she in no way wishes to visit him) came to our facility and demanded entry to check how he was being treated. by our clients ... (???) He received information from me that his former mother-in-law is visiting his second daughter, whom our client has designated as a contact person. On this message of mine, he began to threaten me that Covid 19 was probably with us and would call the Police of the Czech Republic. He did the same. After the arrival of the Police of the Czech Republic in the number of two police officers, I let them into the interior of our facility. These summoned police officers found out that my information was based on the truth, and the former mother-in-law of a person who claimed to be a "friend" was indeed visiting his second daughter. The police also asked all the clients present if they were satisfied with us and if they were harmed in any way. After being assured that they were satisfied with our care, the police officers went with the complainant to the police station to draw up a report. I can add that my mother is drinking. Březinová visited her mother sporadically. After her visit, my mother was always very upset and confided to me that this daughter was still pushing her to change her decision about the will.

Good day. My 97-year-old mother has been staying at the Felicita Senior House in Vyžlovka for almost two years and is very satisfied there. I would like to thank all those who take care of her and other clients and participate in the perfect operation of this home - Mr. Josef Strouhal - co-owner and manager, his wife - the main caregiver, all caregivers, including cleaning, who provides cleaning. With their professional, but at the same time helpful and empathetic approach to clients and their loved ones, they create a pleasant, dignified, almost family environment in the home. Especially in this difficult time of the pandemic, I very much appreciate their hard work. According to my mother, she and the other residents of the home - despite the impossibility of visits - feel good thanks to the kind and comprehensive care of all. Thanks again. Jana Markgráfová

Hello, I would like to thank you for the excellent care of my mother during her stay in your home. Many thanks to Josef Strouhal, who manages and takes care of the nursing home. The doctor and nursing staff helped the mother to overcome physical and mental problems much better. We visited several senior homes and Felicita was the cleanest and kindest approach.
