Mr. Svoboda promised me a week to send me a quote - I didn't get it, he just excused by phone for lack of time. We had an agreed deadline for handing over the boxes - the day before I wrote an SMS and called to arrange a handover - he did not write off or pick up the phones. Moodily he wasn't picking up the phones for three consecutive days, nor was he able to call back. Fortunately, 2 days before the (one month agreed) date of the move, I found another company to move the apartment after he left me. Unreliable, unprofessional - definitely not recommended.

Mr. Svoboda is unable to respond to the email he requested to send or to the phone call he promised to call back. The result is absolutely pitiful - we are where we were a month ago waiting for this (NO) removal service

No, no, no. Unreliable, incompetent. He had cleared the appointment, not knowing. I waited unnecessarily all day. This really is unparalleled. I definitely do not recommend!
