As a foreigner I had the unfortunate pleasure to have a short stay in the hospital in 1998. Generally I remember they helped me technically well, but the human contact was zero. Well, at that time not so many people in CZ dared to speak english, so maybe they felt too shy. Just a couple of years ago I had to go there with my one year old daughter. She had an ear pain, crying a lot. A lot had changed: the people helping us were much more understanding and taking the right priorities. Despite quite a lot of people waiting for the ear doctor, my daughter could be helped instantly. When she came out of the doctors room, she was smiling again instead of crying. Happy for that, and it looked the people that had to wait a little longer did not mind. I am still thankfull for them and, of course, also the doctor and nurses.

Great for me! The examination was quick. Samples and sono lasted less than an hour, the results within 15 minutes. Staff pleasant and level equipment. At the reception very helpful and everything very well marked. Compared to other hospitals, eg (Bulovka), I was very satisfied and I give a thumbs up!

Vascular clinic, internal l, metabolic diseases, nurse Lazo Naděžda unpleasant behavior to the patient, reluctance to examine. Especially because he likes to draw a medical exam. He doesn't even deserve that one star !!!! The doctor refused to examine for thrombosis because of the covid.
