It will cancel your order. They move it to a later hour, which is ok, but they order more xy people at the same time. And then you wait here for 2 hours ?!

Hello, I was ordered at 11.30, it was confirmed by my sister at the reception, however, there was chaos in the waiting room, some people waited there for more than 1.5 hours against the order time, the sister even sent a lady to go to reorder apologies, I was told that I was ordered for 11.45 and in the end they took me so even though they could have taken me a little earlier, but they did not, Mr. Horáček's approach was professional and reassured me, but the radiologist's approach was cheeky and unpleasant that he only had a bad day .In summary, the impression was embarrassing and only Mr. Horáček was at a level corresponding to a visit to a private clinic
