The synagogue, a cultural monument of the Czech Republic, is being repaired and stands up as a Phoenix from the ashes. It was completed in 1899 in the Maori style, designed by architect W. Stiassny, who, among other things, built the Jubilee Synagogue in Jerusalem Street in Prague. The synagogue was closed in 1941, after the war it served as a warehouse and since 1971 for the needs of the municipal museum. Today, it is once again owned by the Jewish Community and in 2008 a window with a Star of David was returned to the main arch. Beautiful building.

One of the few buildings of that kind that survived the German occupation. But it was only after 2000 that she returned to full religious form (it was a warehouse).
