I'm not 100% sure if it's a hospital or a funeral home. Upon arrival at the hospital with a fracture, a very skilful receptionist told us to pay the fee first. To my question whether we should pay him in the machine that says "out of service", he answered only "he is out of service?". After arriving at the outpatient department, where it was just narvated (we + one other patient), the nurse told us that the doctor was no longer here and that she would return later (Quite funny that the hospital has only one doctor on the shift). So we were asked for an insured card and after about 5 minutes the nurse returned our card and a ticket with a completely different name and address. I would quite (not) want to see if they just brought a patient after a car accident, he would not have a chance to survive with such an approach, even if it was just bruises. I think the local staff would excel more in a feature comedy. I wish good luck to everyone who tries to find help here.

I arrived at the hospital because I suspected a heart attack (chest pain, numbness of the left hand, shortness of breath, etc.). At the ambulance of the internal department. perfect and fast reception. I was received and examined by MUDr. Klovrza. A human, kind attitude, though I was a little hysterical myself. ECG, X-ray, samples taken immediately, just to be sure, the doctor of cardiology did me an echo. Human, very pleasant approach from all staff. The results were about an hour. Everything was explained to me, medication and other examinations were prescribed.

Terrible ward, they let my mother die there now in December, they didn't take care of her at all. She was hospitalized internally because the pulmonary ward. was reserved for covid 19. She had problems with her lungs, heart, food intake, needed intravenous antibiotics and artificial nutrition. She only got it the day before she died, she lost 7 kg internally per week and nobody cared, and she didn't get the medicine she was supposed to take on her heart at all, but she was still stuffed with Tram, who is painful and addictive. Disgust wants to throw me up from such healthcare 😢. I hope that all nurses and doctors who take such "exemplary care" of their patients will be taken care of themselves and their relatives when they need it.

We would like to thank the Kladno Regional Hospital very much for the willingness and heart in the right place of Mrs. Plačková-sorry, but I have to name her, because she is a star for us! She made it impossible for us. I actually just tried it (and wrote the post below) .... because my mom is a former nurse and she told me she didn't want to bother. So here over half the globe she tried to plead "call". To all who read this and read my previous reports, I wish that when they needed to, they would not lose hope in humanity. Fortunately, it exists, it has not disappeared. Thanks again Original message: Hello, I'm writing from Santiago de Chile. We have a dad in your hospital for an infectious pneumonia-covid19. Jana Herrer's mother will not let him in. But we have not been in contact with him since September 24, when he was admitted to the GARC for hospitalization and then, with suspicion of COVID, he was taken to a hospital in Kladno. Dad is after a stroke and can't speak, he doesn't walk and he eats liquid food. Wouldn't it be possible to call a mobile number that one of the staff could at least give to his ear so that his mother could tell him that we were thinking of him? 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Is it really such a superhuman feat? They are not able to send X-rays from the positive to Prague after a week. They sent only after Prague had to push them. In the end, it was an incredible 14 days. I received a shipment from the USA through a week. It is impossible to call the telephone number, it is called 20 times and it is either busy or someone has picked it up and hung up immediately. Emergency room, which does not work on Sunday because the doctor did not come to work. That's really much. And I'm not even talking about an unnecessary hour of waiting for an examination in the waiting room, when no one was in front of me and the nurse and the doctor were cheerfully talking all over the hall behind the door, thinking that no one knew about them.
