The information in the hospital for several times does not know where to send you. Asked where the ORL ambulance was sent to the emergency room. They didn't take me there, of course. There was an hour at the outpatient clinic until the end of the doctor's office and said they had to clean the doctor's office, so I was ordered for the next day ... of course, the phone can be ordered by telephone, Kill half a day. In the Kladno hospital good experience only with children at the emergency room and at delivery. Otherwise, the inability of people everywhere ...

I am not one of the people who runs to the doctor with every pain, and not to the emergency room at all. Unfortunately, my ear was on one fire, very painful to the touch. I decided on an emergency. It was half past two in the morning. I will come to the hospital, I was led to the ENT department on information. I rang the bell and waited for my sister to arrive. She told me that my problem is not life-threatening, either to Prague or to come in the morning at half past eight. I know it's not his fault. Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience with this hospital. I think we should think about this institute. We, the patients, not the hospital management.

Total disaster. For the first time in my life I went to the emergency room. One thinks that an emergency will be 24/7, as written on a website, the opposite is true. I arrived at 7:45, I was told at the reception that the emergency room was from eight. So I waited until eight. When I came to my sister's office, she told me that I had to go to the ENT clinic with my problem. And here comes the curiosity. At the nurse downstairs, I asked if there were office hours or it was going there nonstop, and she assured me that she would examine me immediately. At half past eight I sat in the waiting room, where I was told the ambulance was from 10 am. So if it was not a painful inflammation in the ear, but a bleeding from the ears or nose, then the patient should spend an hour and a half waiting ?! Absolutely unacceptable if at least people correctly informed at the reception or on the website. To the Kladno hospital again!
