Expres clean - Čistírna Oděvů

I'm looking at reviews here, so I had the opposite experience. I put winter jackets and coats in the dry cleaner's. Everything is beautifully cleaned. The clothes are without any smell or hair. I'm really happy. But it's true that I didn't have any special things and cloths to clean. I recommend for me! :)

You would expect to clean your clothes in a professional dry cleaning shop, but unfortunately not always. I had a creamy white coat cleaned in this dry cleaners. The lady offered me anti-pilling application for 90, - CZK, so that I did not make lumps on my coat, there were a few. When I got the coat, it was all puffy but really whole, except for the underside of the collar that is not visible. When I mentioned it, the lady simply replied "I put the application there, I don't know, so you will see". In addition, there were a few dark lumps and, on closer inspection, dark hairs from some other outfit, so the coat had a green tint. I decided to remove it with a hair roller and look, I discovered some animal hair and used up about 6 sticky papers. Furthermore, I found that the lining is sometimes glued to the top layer and of course crumpled. In addition, the fabric softener is very strong in my coat, which is not pleasant to me. I do not know exactly how to "clean" the clothes, but I was already sent home with the ball gown that it will work the same, because they put it in the washing machine just like me and there is still a risk of falling stones. Up to now, there was no problem with the coat and I expected that after six months of remodeling of this plant the local service would improve or at least stay on the same level, but everything is different. So I'm definitely not leaving anything here.

I had two sweaters cleaned, I got them clean, but it smells of smoke. I'm going to have them cleaned again, but somewhere else.
