Poliklinika - praktičtí lékaři

I was treated at the ENT with a recommendation from a general practitioner with Dr. Dostál. The examination was relatively standard, but the nurse has raised a butcher dog. She did not cope with patient inquiries, she was uncomfortable and superior. Buzz like "I have only one hand, some are waiting for over 3 hours, so sit down" or "you have a sore throat for a week so why come up on Friday at 11am (2 January)". Surgery on Friday until 12 pm, so at 11:30 am the nurse locked the door from the hallway to the waiting room, so no one could in or out, in the waiting room at that time was about 7 patients. The only way out was by invitation through the surgery. No one could, for example, go to the toilet or leave. I don't know what would happen in the event of an evacuation. The nurse basically limited the movement of 7 patients, which I suspect is a crime.

I am not evaluating a doctor..Building in a deplorable state. Waiting rooms, corridors, .. time stopped here ..
