I do not recommend working with Mrs. Kopecká at all. 9.5 we had the piano transferred from Ústí nad Labem to Duchcov. We arranged with Mr. Pokorný Leoš (working for Mrs. Kopecká) for a total of 1,500, - Everything went well, but what was our surprise when after the transport Mr. Pokorny said with VAT about 6.000, -. When asked for the price so increased, we were cut off that after all the car eats something. Our mistake was that we paid the amount. However, I then contacted Mrs. Kopecká, who is also mentioned on the invoice for an explanation of how the price may have increased. Mrs. Kopecká did not even bother to answer me. I contacted her a total of three times and nothing - last time I sent a registered letter. Because Mrs. Kopecká is not responding, I think that the services are of poor quality and her person is unreliable. I file a complaint with CTI.
