I had to visit the place with an ambulance so it was my first contact with the medical system of Czech Republic, but they helped and treated my colleague even if he was without insurance. We paid for the medical services, obviously, but they treated us like one of their own. We had some difficulty with the auxiliary staff but the doctors were able to communicate in English. They tried their best to save my guy and they did it without any problems. The ambulance staff was professional. The place, I mean the hospital was okay, but I hope I'll never visit it again.

I thought that in the case of the regional hospital I would receive top care, unfortunately the opposite was true. An ambulance brought me here, but instead of receiving it, I ended up in a wheelchair in front of the ambulance, and the arrogant nurse gave me an appointment in an hour after an hour of waiting. It was only after my doctor's intervention that they began to deal with me and read the recommendation I had given them an hour ago. After being admitted to the half-empty ward, I waited another hour for an above-standard bed, because they had to get a cleaning lady. There was only one doctor on the ward who did not speak much Czech. I received a handful of medicines and drips and after 10 days I was released only with ointment. They didn't invite me to the promised CT. Absolutely shameful care. So I turned to a private facility in Prague and after 2 visits and a monkey, I was completely healthy. A crazy experience I never want to have again.

Extremely satisfied. In times of crisis, I admire all the staff who have worked for me here. Anyone who opposes Covid's measures should go help medical staff, at least get a different view of Covid than their theories on how to get around it, so that they can go to the party, to Christmas parties and to bars.

I gave birth to horror at the maternity ward there in April To tell the men that I gave birth there for the first time, I would never carry a baby to the bridge again! Sisters uncomfortable .. they prefer to go to their room where they close and when you call them so they make you not hear and have fun having fun! In the delivery room, I told her that I was giving birth for the first time if the nurse would tell me if I was pushing her answer correctly: then come alone, I will not advise you! Acting terrible Good for a six-week-old nurse, I have to praise it But otherwise the end is over!

Poor navigation for eye problems ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ------ A friend was looking for an eye clinic because he couldn't see very clearly. Unfortunately, he could not identify the individual characters and stood at the navigation, where the plan for the eye clinic was supposed to be. He passed a couple of doctors, trying to ask politely how he would get to the eye clinic, adding that the reason he was asking was that he was blurred and could not read. Doctor No.1 and dr. No. 2 advised to visit the 2nd floor that there is an eye. But the eye was there for children, so we made sure that it wasn't the 6th floor. I persuaded a friend to listen, but he started to stress along the way, so I trusted him. When we discovered the destination after about 20 minutes, there were about 10 people in the waiting room, so we immediately left the complex. It amazes me that there is no classic helper in every building of such organizations, who will be able to advise and communicate lessons and info about the situation in which the visitor is.
