Better after the reconstruction, but the stairs to the counter is a really bad joke. Otherwise, even if there are few people, no one will invite you to the counter and you just see that nothing is happening and you are still waiting. Already several years of experience, unfortunately.

On 6.4. a pension was to be delivered to my mother. The lady who was delivering her pension not only could not ring normally, but she also had to knock on the door and ring so loudly that my neighbors heard it and my mother heard the bell and after picking up the phone to let the lady in. She didn't answer , where she wanted to see who 's ringing, then another long ringing and banging started so that my mother got sick with it and the top part was that the lady didn't have a post office, not even my mother' s veil is 80 years old this is the top and I will solve it personally with the delivery man. For sending the letter marked D + 1 (delivery by the next day) I paid a decent 57, -kč. The letter sent on Monday 24.2 arrived on Friday 28.2. They were so generous that they sent me an SMS about delivery, including the dates. How can you charge a service that you know you can't provide? You legally rob people. Being in any other business, you've gone bankrupt.
