I said to myself that the new service "Mail online" is a great idea, which works quite well in municipal offices .... so hooray for it ... ordered at 9:30, so two minutes in advance I'll go to the post office, where there are about five people - well, great. I go to the terminal, enter the ordered clients, give me a pin and get a ticket for my name and number .... well pecka Well, that's where it ended, at 9:35 the post office is empty and the only window where Czech Point is still occupied because obviously the staff can't do anything and the client leaves in front of me with the phrase "well, it's just technology". So I stand and wait for what will happen ... and nothing. In the mail, the second wave of newcomers took turns in between, and at 9:43, when the post office is almost empty again, I go back to the terminal and try to order as a new newcomer ... and again nothing. Since it's almost empty, I go to the lady behind the counter, who is obviously at the end of her ability to solve something, and I ask if, as an ordered client, I should do something extra so that someone notices me .... I obviously surprised the lady, because I was surprised she asked "how ordered?" I say that through their service "Mail online" and it was seen that one of us does not know what I am talking about, because I do not know the answer about it, I have to ask the manager brought me back to the ground and it was clear that this service really does not work here .. .. Well what to add ....

You can't even know the new services, and if you don't, they're wrong at the window shouting that they have the wrong number.

I am quite happy except that the services are quite expensive.

If I don't have to, I'm not going there.
