Since Chomutov is the only dry-cleaners, I did not even think about others and my black formal dress and bag was handed over to them. Everything without problems, cleaned up. Upon receipt, however, I came across a lady who was picking up a bag and complained that she passed a cleaned bag and it has animal hair and they did not clean it. (Maybe they did it together with someone where they had their hair cleaned) It didn't look very trustworthy. In addition, I found one complainant on the internet that another branch had taken over two new branded jackets for cleaning, and after cleaning, stains appeared and destroyed an expensive suit.
