It's a really cool pet store. Staff are helpful and always advise you on what is best for your pets. Personally, I always leave satisfied with both the purchase and the advice. It is the issue that the staff are shop assistants in place. I can only recommend willing and pleasant negotiations.

Absolutely cheeky, reel for the dog bought tested before loading ... broken Immediately back to Umtschusch or return, as the lady tells me I have to wait a month for the complaint then there is the money back. Who buys here is your own fault, absolutely naughty.
