Breno-Malenovice store. The assortment and staff are fine, but the services are CATASTROFAL !!! According to the staff, it should take at least 3 weeks to sew carpets 67 + 67 cm, but rather more is abnormal and catastrophic for such a large seller !! ! The only customer was me !! Even After an hour when I walked around, it was the same !!! 🤔How can this company prosper ?? How under socialism !!!

On Saturday I was at the store and I must say that my visit was not pleasant at all. At the store we bought a carpet, the salesman advised and paid attention. After the announcement paper that first we have to go to pay cash than is cut, thus we went. There was an old dark-haired lady at the checkout, who really sat there for punishment, we waited 5 minutes before she looked at us with a disdainful glance and finished talking with the man sitting there with her. When we asked to glue, so very reluctantly mumbled something, lord also not consulted, was instead on mobile. If the carpet really needed no necessarily for the weekend, so I go through everyday to France, because such behavior only discourages customers. Mrs saleswoman should realize, if he could personally be nice if with it too so acted.

shop Zlín-Malenovice 11.1.2020 Total satisfaction with the staff at the store. Pleasant, they advised us all. I can only recommend.

Handy and very willing to handle, even in the extreme situation that was probably caused by Mr. Pa Ve (judging by the review, I guess 7.2). We did not pay for anything after the cut, just behind the skirting tapes, which I understand due to the use of special equipment. Mr. Pa Ve (if he was the one) bought the cheapest carpet we had seen there, and he was outraged by all around! Man, if it was you, think! My six-year-old daughter could not sleep at night! You taught her a lot of unpleasant expressions and she was mature to a psychologist !!! The servant of this master tried to temper, but he refused to behave well, even physically attacked her. Thanks to this experience, I will consider another visit. Next time, just throw this "customer" away.
