In the course of several months, we needed to move three times (it was a move of the apartment, then the warehouse and the office space and finally a house in the center of Krumlov, which was quite a nut due to the Krumlov traffic conditions). Moreover, the place where all things moved, is located on the 2nd floor of a 16th-century house with a narrow and a bit unpredictable staircase and no elevator. At the beginning, we picked out various moving companies and either did not want it or were extremely expensive. When we came across the extra move company and it was a shit. With everything they consulted, they arrived at the appointed time each time, and everything in all three cases was absolutely cool, friendly, calm and without any problem. The price is great every time. Definitely, we will be happy to recommend our company to the Extra Movement headed by Mr. Hinterholzinger to all of our buddies, because they are unmatched from our point of view. In this way, I have to pay a big, but really big bow to the gentlemen from the EXTRA MOVING network. After our return from vacation, we had a very difficult task - to ensure the migration of three families from different places in Europe. From Germany, Denmark and Croatia back to our homeland in Bohemia and Moravia. We all agreed on two things from the family. Firstly, we have never been more worried about anything like this three-move move, and secondly, we have never met with the greater professionalism, logic and embrace we have encountered with all the employees of this company. Their coordination of the whole move, the coordination of individual branches, which were always in charge of a specific move of one family, was unreal. From the actual loading of all the things moved, which they packed everywhere and all of them and secured against damage during transport, to their unloading in the Czech Republic, which by the way took place almost at the same time in all three of us at once was magical. Within four days, everything was moved, but most importantly - they also completely took care of the cleaning in our old homes and the cleaning in our new homes. I know very well and know from my own experience how different and often complicated requirements and demands are for different people, but here we got the understanding and the human approach that we were all satisfied exactly according to our requirements. Absolutely shocking for us, for example, was the moment when men who drove all the way from Denmark and certainly had it all over their heads bought food, but not only for themselves. After coming to us, they parted with us, with strangers who were stressed out of all this chaos for us! I think it's usually the other way around, but for us it was quite a non-standard operation and so we didn't even buy anything for the gentlemen, but they didn't forget about us. A truly admirable and very nice human approach, which has not been seen very often lately. Many thanks to all the gentlemen and at the same time to the whole Extra Moving company for what they have done for us beyond their job duties and standard. We really appreciate it and believe that whatever I am in this world, I will talk about you everywhere in real superlatives, which I met first-hand when using your moving and cleaning services. Despite the initial enthusiasm, unfortunately I have to share a bad experience. The move took place in September last year in Bavaria. The agreement is completely without problems, the moving itself was also very good and professional. So far, no problem. Unfortunately, the evening after the event, we found out that, despite all the caution, the transport of our plasma television did not survive. Ok, of course it can happen. Insurance during moving is a matter of course and it is also mentioned on the website of the company itself: "The standard is insurance of transported cargo in the amount of CZK 5,000,000.". Compensation for damage to our TV (pc. Less than 800 EUR) should not be a problem. That evening, I called Mr. Hinterholzinger, who was in charge of the whole event. He apologized a lot and suffocated that the whole thing would of course be covered by insurance and everything would be resolved. Tim reassured me, I had no reason not to trust him. I sent the relevant invoice and other necessary information. Then nothing happened for a week, during a telephone or e-mail contact I was always assured that we were working on it, that they had not forgotten about us and that the relevant department would solve the whole thing. Only then did the weeks last and we still did not receive any feedback from the company. Mr. Hinterholzinger always apologetically apologized, making sure that we were working on it, and especially if I didn't think they had fallen on us. And I still believed him very naively. After several other attempts at agreement, when I received only another excuse for the insurance company, then the company broke off contact completely. Today it is eight months since the move, we did not receive any feedback or a crown from the company. I have no idea why this damage, which was demonstrably caused by moving, was not covered by insurance. Maybe it could be related to the fact that we never received any official tax receipt. I was very disappointed with the way the company reacted to our damage and unfortunately I can no longer recommend it. RESPONSE TO THE ANSWER: How you describe the events is not based on truth, which you probably know. But obviously you are very well prepared by your legal advisor for similar situations. I am absolutely satisfied and thank you for your willingness to move from Prague. Everything was quickly planned for me and I was also very pleased with your staff. All the equipment was quickly loaded, unloaded and brought back to my car. Thank you very much.
