Just a short walk from the popular May viewpoint, where crowds are heading, and at the same time there is a more beautiful view from Mařenka with better access. We were the only ones there and we didn't meet anyone on the way there and back, they all only went to May. We managed the trip with my daughter in a stretcher, it's not for the carriage.

Upon arrival at the place, I was amazed by the procession of people who flowed to the lookout May and back and probably there was no movement, however, if you turn right after entering the forest, there will be a pleasant path to the lookout Mařenka, which was almost without people is almost the same as from the May prospect.

For me, Mařenka has a much better access and a view of the meander of the Vltava. You will walk about 250 m from Mája to the left, for us 19.9. the sign was already torn from the tree in the direction of Mařenka. May full of people and we didn't have a living here. A magical, romantic place. You will be thrilled!

The most beautiful view into the deep canyon on the horseshoe of the Vltava river. The view is much more beautiful, you can see the whole horseshoe than Maya and especially no one was here at all. There is peace and you can sit here and enjoy.
