Absolute satisfaction. Everything went as agreed. A few pieces of furniture have abrasions after moving here and there, but everything is minimal.

Well done work

Mr. Cibulka confirmed to me that I could move the piano, saying that we can arrange it in 14 days at the earliest. Less than 24 hours before the move, he called me to postpone the deadline to the morning, which I couldn't confirm until late in the evening. So I wanted to stay with the original date and I was told it just couldn't. Mr Cibulka was unable to meet the agreed deadline he had suggested to me before, which I consider to be totally unprofessional, despite the way in which there was no single apology.
